Pricing

The following is a description of our terms and pricing. For details please see the Collection Contract.

A one time initial fee independent from the number of claims is € 380,00 plus VAT ( 19% ) or a total of € 452,20.

Pre-Court Settlements:

After cost allocation DSN keeps 10% plus VAT ( 19% ) commission from the collected amount.

In case the claim is not to collect pre-legally, DSN will charge you, the client, € 20,00 plus VAT ( 19% ) or a total of € 23,80 per claim.

Legal Settlements:

It is always your decision to take your claim to court. We will provide advice according to the individual circumstances surrounding the claim and the information DSN has from your debtor.

The cost of a solicitor, court etc. are described in the Collection Contract.

In legal status, after cost allocation DSN keeps 10% plus VAT ( 19% ) commission from the collected amount.

All costs except the commission and the VAT will be refunded to you if we make a successful collection.
